The combined PD rating application can be used to combine two or more AMA impairments. This tool is also a part of the California Permanent Disability, when you have more than one impairment each impairment is calculated with a PD Rating, then combined using this tool. Some impairments may not be combined, reference the AMA guidelines for more details.
